Indu-Sol 110080004 是 PBMX IP67 的單通道 PROFIBUS 有源測量點，屬于工業總線通信配套配件，專為 PROFIBUS 主系統的通信傳輸質量檢測設計，兼具無反饋測量與有源總線終端雙重核心功能，憑借 IP67 高防護等級可適配惡劣工業生產環境，是 PROFIBUS 總線系統中保障通信穩定性、檢測傳輸質量的關鍵部件。Indu-Sol盈速PBMX IP67通信有源測量點為 Indu-Sol 工業通訊領域的核心配套產品之一。
1.核心功能
PROFIBUS 通信無反饋測量：可實現 PROFIBUS 通信鏈路信噪比的物理測定，是 PROFIBUS 主系統每個網段所需測量部件，在網段兩端各布置一個該測量點，能獲取總線適合的物理傳輸質量信息。
有源總線終端：除測量功能外，滿足有源總線終端的各項技術要求與功能標準，內部集成 DC/DC 變壓器，可將 24VDC 供電轉換為 5VDC，為終端電阻提供穩定電壓供應。
便捷的診斷拓展：配備空閑的 M12 測量插座，可直接連接各類診斷工具 / PG 設備，實現對 PROFIBUS 總線的快速故障診斷、參數檢測，無需額外轉接配件。
惡劣環境適配：IP67 工業防護等級設計，可在粗糙的工業生產環境中無額外防護外殼直接使用，適配工業污染等級 3 的場景。
2.結構組成
該產品采用一體化工業設計，結構分為外殼固定、接口配置、內部核心組件三部分，兼顧防護性、連接可靠性與電磁兼容性：
外殼與固定：外殼為鍍鎳鋅壓鑄件，抗腐蝕、抗機械沖擊，整體重量約 210g；通過背部M5×1 螺栓實現固定，安裝便捷。
接口配置：所有接口均為工業標準 M12 插接頭，按功能區分編碼與類型，實現供電、總線傳輸、診斷的獨立分離，具體配置如下：
電源接口 D：A 編碼，帶定位銷，為設備提供供電；
總線輸入接口 A：B 編碼，帶定位銷，對應 PROFIBUS 總線 “輸入”；
總線輸出接口 C：B 編碼，插座式，對應 PROFIBUS 總線 “輸出”；
